2003 90 HP vs 1999 150 Compatibility

I have a 2003 90 HP on the back of my toon and am considering the purchase of a 1999 150 HP E150FPXEEN

can anyone tell me if the ingition harness and controls are compatible?

even though the 150 is coming with oil tank, ignition and controls I'd prefer not to have to change what I already have on my boat?
