1976 20hp (25e76e) NO FIRE IN WIRE

I have a 20hp 25e76e motor, that won't fire. all new parts ie; plugs ,coil,points. still no fire. can anyone tell me where to look next or tell me where to find a wireing dieagram.

Well the only thing left is the charge coil under the flywheel. But make sure your kill switch or ignition switch is not the problem.
