140 Four Stroke hesitating

I have a 2003 Johnson 140 four stroke. Has recently started hesitating when giving the gas to get on plain. I have changed both filters on the motor. I took the fuel vapor seperator apart and cleaned the screen below the pump in it. Put all back together and it is still hesitating and cutting out. Any suggestions?
