hey everyone I am new to boating. I recently got a 1987 eagle 371 with a johnson 140 vro. the boat has been in dry storage in a garage for 3 years. when it was stored they did not use and fuel treatment on it. What do I need to do to get the motor up and running? I have already pumped as much gas out of the tank as I can with the bulb. And where do I get parts at for a decent price? Also what is the lever for that lays flat on the top of the controls behind the throttle?
