I have a 140HP 4S Johnson J140PX4ST(S) manuf. in 2003. I love it!
This spring I started having intermittent issues with the Trim Tilt Switch (TTS) ON THE BINNACLE SHIFTER. The boat also has a remote switch on the bow and this exhibited the same issue.
Neither is now working at all.
The TTS on the outboard itself works fine.
I think I found the issue and it is a relay of sorts. This module is located inside the center console with the engine wire harness where the binnacle controls meet the harness.
number on relay: 586807
So far I have been unsuccessful locating a replacement. I have tried my Johnson dealer (where I have it serviced) and a couple on-line parts dealers. I cant find it on any on line documents (neither could dealer).
I have attached pictures and a link to something that looks very close except for no triangular connectors (one male, one female).
If I cant find the direct replacement, I may be able to buy the 'close' part and either splice the old connectors or buy new connectors and get the pins I need to load them with the pigtail wires on the 'close' part.

The connectors are: Deutsch IPD-USA, DT04-3P and DT06-3S
I would rather just buy the direct replacement part. I have not yet gone directly to Bombardier.
Anyone can help I would be most appreciative.
