problem is some time it will start and some time it won't I know it's an electrical problem I replaced both coils and it started right up Ilet it set over nite and it wouldn't so I pulled the fly wheel and cleaned all the magnets and terminals and it started let it set over nite and it wouldn't start again I was wondering if the power pack could be the problem or if they go bad it wouldn't start at all orthey might kick in and out causing my problem?

Could be Ignition switch, stop switch, wiring harness, Power pack , stator coil or trigger coils. When it wont start need to check for spark and test power pack, stator and trigger output voltage with a peak reading voltmeter to see if problem is on engine.
