I have a motor that was stored with the fuel in the carbs, I just bought., I have cleaned and removed all of the old gas and pulled the idle jet screw along with the carb bole drain screw and sprayed carb cleaner along with pressure air in all of the opening. I thought I had it fixed but the engine will run great down the lake and when you come in to the ramp it will starve for fuel and go dead, Choke it fast idle long enough and it will pick up and run again. It seam to be starving for fuel and low speed, Could I have a pump issue or maybe the vamp pump diaphragm is weak?
