2001 Johnson 50 HP Outboard Question

Got milky stuff in the lower unit. Lots of fishing line from previous owner unfortunately. I was reading where there might be a "seal puller" for lack of a better description. I want to replace the outer seal, but don't want to have to "drop" the lower unit if I can avoid doing so. Does anyone have any idea on what the puller part number is? From what I can see it has to "slip in" behind the seal and pull in up the shaft. Can't be too think or it won't clear.
