overheat alarm

my 1994 175 2stroke johnson has an alarm issue.sometimes it it goes on when i turn the key on & it keeps sounding,sometimes it goes on while underway.not overheating.sometimes it;ll go on as soon as i start it (ice cold) & it stays on.I tried shaking harnesses & jigglin the key, no help at all.some days it works perfect. any ideas.?pumping good water flow,new stats & sensors.

Test thermosensors and wiring going to sensors.

its not a heat issue,probably a wire. only happens sometimes ,very hard to trace.
