Fuel pump screw, with spring?

Hi,

I need a new fuel pump to an old 1970 6hp Johnson, and was wondering if anybody knows if the screw number 17 / 0309654 on this page: 1970 6R70B Evinrude / Johnson Johnson Outboard POWERHEAD GROUP Diagram and Parts comes with springs around the screw? The old original screws have springs outside / around them.

The fuel pump mount screws should not have had a spring around them and do not come with one.
