70 hp Johnson Block Question

Can any one tell me if a 1987-90 johnson 2 stroke 70 hp block is the same as a 1991-1996 johnson 2 stroke 70 hp block? If not what are the differences?

I am showing that they are different, however there is no description as to the specific differences.
